Rules for participation in giveaway game by OneCare

OneCare is a service designed to make access to professional services at your location easier and more convenient.

1. Game Organizer

1.1. The organizer of the promotional game (hereinafter referred to as the „Game“) is „DokNau Medical Services“ EOOD, Company ID 208622091, with registered office and management address: Sofia 1404, Triaditsa district, Bulgaria Blvd. No. 109, floor 2, office 2.5, operator of the online platform OneCare, available at www.onecare.bg (hereinafter referred to as „Organizer“).

2. Period and territorial scope

2.1. The game is held in the period from 05.05.2026 to 25.05.2026 inclusive.

2.2. The game is held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, via the social network Instagram. The won vouchers can be used only for services provided in Sofia.

3. Right to Participate

3.1. Any legally capable natural person who has reached the age of 18 by the date of the start of the Game and has an active Instagram profile is eligible to participate in the Game.

4. Participation mechanism

4.1. To participate in the Game, each participant must cumulatively:

4.1.1. follow the official OneCare profile on Instagram - @onecarebg (https://www.instagram.com/onecarebg/);

4.1.2. like OneCare's Instagram post announcing the Game; and

4.1.3. post a comment under the post referred to in item 4.1.2, in which they mention (tag) at least one other Instagram user.

4.2. Each participant has the right to post an unlimited number of comments under item 4.1.3, with each comment meeting the conditions being considered a separate entry. In each comment, a different user must be tagged - tagging the same user again is not considered a separate entry.

4.3. One participant can win at most one voucher, regardless of the number of valid entries. If during the draw under item 6 the same participant is drawn again, the second and each subsequent draw of the same participant is not counted, and a new draw is conducted for the corresponding voucher until another participant is drawn.

4.4. Comments that contain a tag of a non-existent or clearly fictitious profile, are posted from a profile created specifically for the purposes of the Game or with obviously inauthentic content, contain offensive, discriminatory, illegal or other inappropriate language, or violate Instagram's rules are not counted as valid entries.

4.5. Participation in the Game is free and is not tied to the purchase of a product or service.

5. Awards

5.1. The prizes in the Game are a total of 20 (twenty) vouchers for use of services from the OneCare platform, each with a net value for the winner of 200 euros (two hundred euros), which the winner may use for services under item 5.2.

5.2. The vouchers may be used for services available on the OneCare platform at the time of use of the voucher and provided exclusively in Sofia.

5.3. If the selected service is valued lower than 200 euros, the unused balance is not refunded, not paid in cash, and is not carried over for subsequent use. If the selected service is valued higher than 200 euros, the voucher user pays the difference above 200 euros.

5.4. Each voucher is used for one booking of one service and is not divisible.

5.5. The prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent.

6. Determining the winners

6.1. The winners are determined by a draw among all participants who meet the conditions set out in these rules. The draw is conducted by the Organizer within up to 5 (five) business days after the end of the Game.

7. Notification of the winners

7.1. Winners are notified via a direct message on Instagram (Direct Message), by tagging in a post by the Organizer, or by another suitable method.

7.2. Within 24 (twenty-four) hours of notification, the winner must provide the Organizer with three names and a contact phone number by replying to the Instagram direct message.

7.3. If the winner does not provide the data under item 7.2 within the specified period or declines the prize, they lose the right to receive the voucher. In this case, the Organizer has the right to designate a new winner under item 6 or to leave the voucher unawarded at its discretion.

8. Use of the voucher

8.1. The voucher is valid for a period of 6 (six) months, counted from the date of notification of the winner under item 7.1.

8.2. To use the voucher, the winner should call +359 889 999 955 and request to reserve an available date and time for a service of their choice, available on the OneCare platform at the time of the call and provided in Sofia. The reservation of the service in connection with the voucher is made only in this way.

8.3. The winner has the right to provide the voucher for use by another adult natural person. In this case, the winner notifies the Organizer during the call under item 8.2 of the person who will use the voucher and provides their names and contact phone number.

8.4. When using the service through a voucher, the Terms and Conditions of the OneCare platform and all other applicable policies available at www.onecare.bg apply.

8.5. The voucher not used within the period under item 8.1 loses its validity and is not subject to extension, replacement, or cash refund.

9. Tax obligations

9.1. All taxes due in connection with the provision and use of the vouchers shall be borne by the Organizer and shall be declared and paid by it.

10. Personal Data

10.1. The Organizer, in its capacity as a controller of personal data, processes personal data of the participants (Instagram username, and for the winners - full name and contact phone number; when the voucher is used by another person - that person's name and contact phone number) for the purpose of conducting the Game, determining and notifying the winners, and providing and accounting for the prizes.

10.2. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the Organizer's obligations under these Rules, legitimate interest, and compliance with the Organizer's legal obligations.

10.3. The personal data of the winners and voucher users are stored for the validity period of the voucher and for an additional period of 1 (one) year thereafter unless a longer retention period is provided by law.

10.4. When using the voucher for a reservation and providing a service through the OneCare platform, the processing of the voucher user's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of OneCare, available at www.onecare.bg, which also governs the rights of data subjects.

11. Connection with Instagram / Meta

11.1. The Game is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered in any way by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any affiliated persons. Participants provide their information to the Organizer, not to Instagram / Meta.

12. Final provisions

12.1. By participating in the Game, each participant declares that they have read these Rules, understand them, and accept them.

12.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally supplement or amend these Rules, and the changes shall take effect from the date of their publication on www.onecare.bg.

12.3. Disputes between the Organizer and participants in connection with the Game shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if this is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court at the Organizer’s registered office.

12.4. These Rules are published at www.onecare.bg and are accessible throughout the entire duration of the Game.
